I don’t give out a review like this easily but they did a fantastic job! Best cleaners I have had. They are not the least expensive but far happier to pay a little more and get the job done really well.

I definitely will book again. I appreciated that the estimated time to clean was accurate and they were very prompt in arrival and communications.

The best cleaning service that I have ever had. They come in and get right to work and do not stop until the job is done. They are focused on the job and do a fantastic job. They don't waste time talking or doing anything besides cleaning which is very nice to have. I would highly recommend them. I have had them a few times and now am on a rotation!

John and Monica are thorough, conscientious, hard working cleaners who tackled my filthy, smelly rental house with gusto. Their two half days of work helped return the the house to clean and presentable. I highly recommend their services!

This was a gift to my sister who plans to put her home up for sale. The deep cleaning that Monica and Joan did was phenomenal my sister said. Both showers have never been as clean as these two workers did. Huge huge help. Would highly recommend.

Monica texted to ask if they could arrive early (I appreciate her asking - I did need the notice to secure the dog). They came, they immediately got to work, and they did an extremely thorough job! I asked them to focus on bathrooms and the kitchen for deep cleaning, and wow, do these rooms shine!

Do a weekly standard cleaning and had my first deep clean last week. Everything was spotless! I have 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and downstairs family room. They scrubbed the floors, countertops, appliances, vacuumed and dusted the stairs. They were very friendly and polite, put up with my crazy dogs barking outside! Highly recommend!

I was Very happy with Yons and Monica who came out to help me deep clean my house for arriving guests this week. They went the extra mile and asked specifically for areas that were important to me. They arrived ten minutes early and got right down to it wasting no time and did not leave until the job was complete. They left me a cleaning details check list that covered even more than I asked for. Trust worthy and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help cleaning. Will have them back again!

Fantastic!! My house had gotten really dirty with my busy work schedule. Two workers showed up and worked non stop for 4.5 hours. Both did a fantastic job at cleaning the very messy kitchen and bathrooms.

I heard back immediately from the company when I requested a quote and they were able to schedule a crew within two days. The people who cleaned did a good job. I will definitely work with them again!

Really fantastic job! It was definitely a big one, a big deep clean. I’m 9 months pregnant with a toddler and can’t get things done like I used to, this was a lifesaver. They were efficient but did a thorough job. Definitely hiring again!

The house was super clean and they were on time and worked hard! Unfortunately we had a part to our stove damaged in the process and they kindly offered me a discount on a future service (which actually had more value than the part) but I don’t get a cleaning often and I need to replace the part so I requested that refund value instead and they kindly did it.

No argument, no complaint just a nice apology and a replacement! To me that says this is a great and honest company you can trust!

(We had cleaners before who damaged something and refused to replace or even offer discount so believe when I say that is a BIG DEAL)

The team was on time and super nice! Very hard working and attentive to little things. I loved that they cleaned my fridge and were able to clean the oven.

Using Cleaning City 616 was a great decision. They were on time, very professional and extremely hard workers. My stove hasn't been this clean since it was new. They did everything we asked and to perfection. You won't go wrong using this company. I will be calling again!

We hired for a deep clean right before Christmas of our kitchen, living room and one bathroom. Their work was ASTOUNDING! They have literally given me the gift of being able to relax and enjoy my family this Christmas and I am so grateful. Communication was great, value was incredible and my only prayer for 2021 is that my messy house didn’t scare them away because I will be hiring them again as long as they’re brave enough to enter here again. 😂😍

My refrigerator has NEVER been so clean. they responded quickly and were very sweet to work with. That being said we will likely ot have them out again simply because the peice was very high. it was one of the higher quotes we had received, but we liked their quick response. once they had been working and it was time to pay, the price given at the door was almost double the already high quote. Was not willing to fight about it, but cannot afford surprises like that either. super disappointing as we would have loved to have them back.

Monica and Team are best in class. My wife and I have had many cleaners over the last 5 years and Monica’s team overdelivers vs all. Why? Monica coordinates around your schedule well in advance and is flexible to adjust if needed. They are so so kind and professional. Best, they leave our house sparklingly every time and go above and beyond. I see Monica’s teammate cleaning under our kitchen hood, moving all chairs from under tables to ensure every last spot is cleaned. They even put fresheners in toilets that last until they are scheduled to come back. We are thankful for Monica’s team and service and are loyal customers.

Cleaners arrived exactly when they said they would and were very pleasant throughout their time cleaning. Overall did a good job with a few areas that weren’t as great. Our shower curtain ended up having black marks on it, water got pushed down a main floor vent which came down a lower floor vent alarming me as I was in the lower room, and some items were missing off my husbands model cars. My suggestion to future customers is just to be very specific what you want and don’t want. I had read they do not de-clutter so I assumed my piles would be left alone, but they were not. I have never used a cleaning service before.
